Compliance Auditing

 Regulation 10 impose a duty on all care home providers to undertake regular audits. MIT Consultancy will produce an audit report  that will help the provider become aware of the strengths and weakness of his business in regards to compliance. 

Provider compliance Assessment

MIT can assist in completion of PCA. CQC guidance states: If an inspector decides that they would like you to provide information, as part of a planned or responsive review of compliance, they will send you an email or a letter asking for the relevant section(s) of the PCA. You will have five working days to submit this information.
