Business and Regulatory Compliance Audits
At MIT we believe that prevention is better than cure. Having a poor report can place a great burden on the home; it can even at times put the viability of the home at risk.
It therefore essential that the home is frequently audited to ensure full compliance however audits are only effective if issues identified during an audit are acted upon. MIT will produce reports identifying areas of non-compliance with recommendations for improvement.
This is an independent health check for the company; from an operational perspective as well as from a financial aspect. This report is completely independent and therefore can be used as part of the homes quality assurance. The report can also be used as a pre-inspection tool as it is completed by an ex CSCI inspector. The report will examine the home against the national minimum standards and under care homes regulations
To ensure that the home continues to meet the standards required by the regulatory bodies. MIT can be engaged to undertake monthly (regulation 26) as part of the homes quality assurance.
